Our story begins in Raji Mami’s kitchen – a warm, fragrant place where pure vegetarian food was cooked slowly, lovingly, and always with an extra spoon of care.

When we set out to share those flavours, we chose Dubai for one simple reason: this city understands what it means to belong.

Mami’s Illam is our way of bringing her soul food to a city that values community as much as we do.

Her recipes, her spirit, her gentle way of feeding people – all carried here to create a little pocket of home in the heart of Dubai.
